In an effort to deliver the best solution available to our customers, we have been busy adding user experience features that just make sense. We’re excited to announce the following enhancements to provide time-saving efficiencies and a more natural user experience for our customers.
Quickly toggle between accounts
For Routable users managing multiple accounts within Routable, this new enhancement provides a seamless experience allowing customers to easily toggle between accounts without the need for additional authentication. In just a couple of clicks, Routable users can switch to a separate Routable account without having to login or logout of each account. Filtering and sorting for payables and receivables
In your Routable Dashboard, users can select filters to quickly locate the payables and receivables they’re looking for. Now with advanced filters, we’ve made it even easier to sort payables and receivables lists to find the right data even faster. By applying filters, such as amount due, bank account, created date and due date, Routable users can refine their payables and receivables lists even further, drastically reducing search time. Edit existing payables and receivables
To make life easier for our customers, Routable now supports the ability to edit existing payables and receivables that have not been initiated. We’ve added flexibility to the Routable platform that allows users to edit information, such as amount, description, due date, payment method and more. Once any payable or receivable is edited while in a Ready to Send, Scheduled or Needs Approval status, it will reset the approval workflow to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. The best part, for clients using an accounting integration, edits made within Routable will automatically sync to reflect the most up to date information.
