How does Routable pricing work?
Routable customers pay a monthly subscription fee for access to the platform. Customers are also charged a per-transaction fee, which varies based on the payment method and payment transaction speed. For example, a Same Day ACH transaction might cost more than a standard ACH transaction.
Do my vendors need to create an account in Routable to receive payments?
No, they do not have to create an account in Routable to receive payments.
What payment methods are currently supported on the platform?
ACH, Check and Real-Time Payments are supported on the platform.
Does it cost more to send a payment faster?
Yes, we currently support 13 different speeds of payments across ACH and Check, and additional costs are incurred based on the speed of the transaction.
Do I get charged for my API user?
No, your API and Developer access is included in your platform fee.
