How does Routable pricing work?

Routable customers pay a monthly subscription fee for access to the platform. Customers are also charged a per-transaction fee, which varies based on the payment method and payment transaction speed. For example, a Same Day ACH transaction might cost more than a standard ACH transaction.

Do my vendors need to create an account in Routable to receive payouts?

No, they do not have to create an account in Routable to receive payouts.

What payment methods are currently supported on the platform?

Routable supports a variety of payment methods including ACH, Check and Instant Payments with Fednow and RTP. For a complete list view our payment options page.

Does it cost more to send a payment faster?

Yes, we currently support 13 different speeds of payments across Instant, ACH and Check, and additional costs are incurred based on the speed of the transaction.

Do I get charged for my API user?

No, your API and Developer access is included in your platform fee.

Am I able to set up approval rules?

Yes, you can set up approval rules by per-payment dollar amount.
