We’re excited to announce that Routable now supports a two-way synchronization for advanced fields from NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Xero!
Now, any advanced or custom fields that your organization uses in your accounting software will be automatically pulled into Routable. You’ll see your bills and invoices exactly the same way they appear in your accounting software, eliminating the need to go back and forth between two different applications, and reducing time spent updating data.
Here are the changes to expect for each accounting software.
NetSuite
Routable now supports advanced fields from NetSuite, including amortization schedules and custom fields. These fields will automatically sync between Routable and NetSuite, making it easier to maintain these fields as required by your organization standards. You’ll also be able to track any advanced fields set up by your company on transaction and item levels.
In NetSuite, you can see advanced fields based on your transaction type and account settings across different tabs. The available advanced fields in Routable will mirror your configuration in NetSuite, including tab layouts, so you won’t need to switch back and forth between Routable and NetSuite or do any double data entry.
Amortization schedules
With this update, you can maintain your amortization schedule in Routable, and it will sync back to NetSuite.
QuickBooks Online
We support all configured and custom fields from QuickBooks Online. You will be able to maintain any additional comments, departments, dates, categories and other fields that will help you to track your transactions.
Routable will automatically pull and display all configured fields for your QuickBooks Online account.
Xero
If you have tracking categories (such as location, region, subsidiary, or other information specific to your business) enabled in your Xero advanced account settings, they will automatically appear in Routable.
How to start using advanced fields
We hope this update enables you to send payments and invoices even more efficiently and reduces time spent entering data.
If your Routable account is already integrated with your accounting software, no further action is needed. Your configured and custom fields for your bills and invoices will automatically be pulled into Routable
