We're excited to introduce filters for your bills and invoices! You can now filter your bills and invoices by the amount, due date, and more in your Routable dashboard.
At Routable, we’re committed to building a mass payouts platform that enables your business to scale from a few payments a month to thousands.
Over the past couple of months, we’ve been adding new features to support easy and simple mass payouts to businesses, contractors, and vendors. First, we added a new feature that enables you to send thousands of payments to hundreds of recipients with a single CSV file upload. Then we introduced the ability to perform actions in bulk on your bills and invoices.
Now, we’re making it even easier to manage payments at scale with the ability to filter your bills and invoices! 🎉 With this update, you can now filter your bills and invoices by the amount, due date, and more in your Routable dashboard.
Here’s a full list of the available filters we have today. We’ll be adding more in the future, so keep an eye out for updates from us.
Amount due
Bank account (For bills, the bank account from which funds were sent. For invoices, the bank account where funds are deposited.)
Created date (The date when the bill or invoice was created in Routable)
Due date
With these new filters, you can easily sort your bills and invoices and evaluate which of them needs immediate attention.
With filters, CSV upload, and bulk actions, you can easily update a CSV file with payments to be processed, filter the bills that need to be paid immediately, and multi-select the ones that need to be approved.
In addition, we also recently added three additional filters to the sidebar:
Initiated
Completed
Failed and issued
We hope this update minimizes your time spent finding and processing your bills and invoices. With enhanced filters, you can rely on Routable to support your mass payouts needs as you grow.
